We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from goingtroppopets.com.au If you are not satisfied with our product, you can choose to return your order to us for a full refund as long as the following conditions are met:
1. HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?
On the off chance that you’d wish to return an item to Going Troppo Fish and Pets kindly adhere to the guidelines underneath within 14 days of receiving your item.
2. ARE THERE ANY RESTRICTIONS ON RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?
Your order must be returned in its original condition (product, packaging, miscellaneous items such as instruction sheets, etc. all in original condition and intact). We do not provide refunds or exchanges if you have a change of mind.
